The cast muffler features a period of modern exhaust cut out door that, in its day, was kept closed in town areas as not to scare the horses. You will be in awe of the manufacturing craftsmanship of the brass, bronze and nickel plated components that goes into the production of this work of rolling art. 	Fully functional front springer is correct and exact in every detail. The investment cast construction is classic work of art. "Old world craftsmanship" is the only way to describe the elaborate construction of the fully sprung thickleather seat. Close to 50 individual pieces go into fabricating this Era correct saddle. True to the original design, this 440cc four stroke Engine is a site to behold. Note the bronze carburetor, Atmopheric inake valve assembly and cam operated exposed exhaust valve and spring. Twist the handle bar control to open the exhaust valve and change the timing all at one time to ease starting. The ornate cast bronze mufler of the street bike features an exhasust cut out door that could be opened for for more power on country roads and closed intow as not to scare the horses. Nothing was spared in the effort to keep this mechanical masterpiece true to the original design. The incredible 5/16 thick x 99" long premium leather drive belt and tensioner assembly is close to a 100 year step back in time. The engine and rear wheel pulleys are beautifully lined with leather. The ratcheted belt tension arm was the clutch of its day and leaves an appreciation of how men of the era rode through the dirt roads of the towns and country sides at that time.
